Shoppers choose whether to apply a code.
CouponRescue is being built for Shopify Plus stores running welcome offers, seasonal promotions or creator and affiliate codes.
No. The plan is to suggest the original code first, keeping its existing conditions. A replacement offer must meet rules you approve. Shoppers choose whether to apply it.
Yes. When a correction isn’t available, the planned flow can offer a percentage discount, a fixed amount or free shipping. You approve the offer and its conditions; shoppers choose whether to apply it.
Planned options include spelling variations you approve and optional single-character typo matching. Ambiguous matches won’t be suggested. Typo matching will be off by default, since similar codes can belong to different campaigns.
Coverage will depend on the checkout and the shopper’s privacy choices. Some accelerated payment methods may not support discount changes. Supported paths will be tested during the beta.
CouponRescue is being built to log invalid coupon codes, record successful applications and show paid orders linked to replacement codes. Linked orders don’t prove extra sales; reported amounts won’t automatically deduct later refunds or cancellations.
The waitlist is for CouponRescue beta updates. Joining won’t add you to the article newsletter or guarantee beta access. You can ask to leave the list at any time.
