Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of StoreKitly (“StoreKitly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

StoreKitly is an independent project. We are not Shopify, Google, or any other platform mentioned on this site, and we do not act on their behalf.

By visiting the site or using any part of it, you agree to these terms.

What StoreKitly is

StoreKitly is a website for independent ecommerce merchants. It publishes articles in the blog, offers free browser-based calculators in the tools section, and builds CouponRescue.

CouponRescue is a Shopify Plus app that records invalid discount-code attempts and applies merchant-defined rules. It is built for stores that run welcome offers, seasonal promotions, or creator and affiliate codes.

If you ask to receive CouponRescue updates, we may use your email address for that purpose. The privacy policy explains how we handle it, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read and link to pages, and use the free tools for your own business. You agree not to:

• break any law or regulation, or encourage someone else to do so;
• scrape or harvest content at scale, or overload the site with automated requests;
• try to access accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to access, or probe or bypass security;
• disrupt or interfere with the site, its hosting, or other visitors;
• upload or introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• misrepresent your connection to StoreKitly, or use the site to send spam.

We may suspend or block access if your use breaks these terms or harms the site, other visitors, or third parties, and we may report unlawful activity.

Free tools and estimates

The free calculators, including the ROAS calculator and margin calculator, turn numbers you enter into estimates. They use simplified formulas and cannot know your full costs, fees, taxes, refunds, or platform behavior.

Results are for planning and comparison. They are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and they do not replace your own records or a qualified professional.

Check results against your own numbers before acting on them, especially before changing prices, ad spend, or offers. We do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for your decisions.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — including articles, page copy, illustrations, the StoreKitly name and logo, and the code and design behind the site and tools — is owned by StoreKitly or used with permission from its licensors. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may read and share pages, link to them, quote short passages with attribution and a link back, and use the free tools for your business.

You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, republish, or repost substantial parts of the site or its articles;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content or the tools;
• use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation;
• present our content as your own.

Third-party names and logos, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Google, belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and services, including Shopify, Google, and app marketplaces. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, and availability. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

A link is not an endorsement. A mention of a platform, app, or company is not a claim of partnership, certification, or approval by that company.

No warranties

The site, its content, and the free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or harmful components, or that content is complete or up to date. Some laws do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the site in the 12 months before the claim. Much of the site is free to use, so that amount may be zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may change, add to, or discontinue the site or parts of it, including articles, free tools, CouponRescue, and the email list. We do not promise that any page, tool, or feature will stay available.

We may update these terms from time to time. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the “Last updated” line shows when it changed. If a change is material, we will note it on this page.

If you keep using the site after the updated terms are posted, you accept them. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern about the site, please contact us first through the contact page or by email at [email protected]. Many issues can be sorted out quickly once we know about them.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of StoreKitly, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction over the matter, or prevents either of us from seeking relief that the law allows.

General

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the smallest extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and replace any earlier statements on the same subject.

If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our permission; we may transfer ours if the site or brand changes hands.
